In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
For Cancellations please write to us at [email protected], within 7 working days our Care leader will visit your residence, investigate and have a discussion and thereafter based on his/her report decision will be taken for refund.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund after due diligence, investigation and mutual discussion.
In case any elder who has passed away during the tenure of the agreement, a refund of 50% will be given to the client, for the remaining period of the agreement after submission of Death certificate issued by Municipal Corporation.
